Too many items to list here - most recently giving up wheat and corn (mostly). Added butter to my diet and lost 5 lbs!

I think this thread would be more fun if we admitted the foods we have given up but would cheat with.

Anyway, I've given up all fast food, velveeta and Kraft cheese things, and everything hostess like. And liver.

Sometimes I cheat with Rotel.

And I lie. I always hated liver.

Has nothing to do with being pure. As an adult, I just have different taste than when I was a kid so I don't eat a lot of those things. My kids love ramen and tuna though.
