Yes, since woman-to-woman transmission of HIV is extremely low, OP, you should tell you daughter to only date women.

OP, if you're still here: you should hold off and just wait until your DD brings her boyfriend over to meet you. Then--if he is black--take her aside and quietly let her know that you don't want her doing the humpty-hump with a Negro because she'll get Teh Aids.
