Somehow I doubt, I am sure we can all agree, the heavier women commenting on this blog aren't dressing like the women in the photos that you posted. Remember yoga pants and short sleeves, not booty shorts and tubes comes. Be realistic here. |

I've gained weight - about 30 lbs and none of my clothes fit well but I refuse to buy a new wardrobe so I walk around as a chubby woman with clothes that are too tight.
Ten years ago I would never have been caught in public in what I now wear but now - I just really don't care. |

New clothes are expensive but OP has no idea. She's too busy b*tching about having to work so she can buy more.
Why are there so many people on that Walmart site dressed in drag, BTW? OP, I bet you $1m you would not tell us your height and weight and size. |
You sound nutty. On topic- what should fat women wear when it's hot outside? I am very thin and in shape, and I really don't give a fuck about fat women wearing "skimpy" clothing. It's hot outside, what else should they wear? |
| I think the OP was probaby wondering why some of these women don't look in the mirror before they head outside. Really, I see way too many ladies with muffin top and coin slot issues, as well as the binding from too small undergarments showing all the unattractive lumps everywhere. People should dress for the weather, but also with some self respect and at least a bit of concern what others have to look at. |
The word is "whore". Fat and stupid? |
does the truth hurt? Look in the mirror |
PP, I'm soo with you on this one!! Fat men, unlike heavy women, have no problem walking around half-naked. I wonder, why?

It's hot out. People should dress for the weather, whether they are heavy or not. But, dressing for the weather doesn't mean you still can't look nice and dress in a way that is flattering to you.
I'm a size 8, not fat but not slender. I'm short. I tend towards dresses and skirts b/c shorts look awful on me. It's not that I never wear them, just not that often and not when going out somewhere. Ditto capris. I do wear tank tops and things like that b/c they are comfortable and my arms are toned (but not skinny). Where OP missed the boat was singling out those who are overweight. Whether skinny or fat, dressing skimpy is usually unflattering and not very classy. Instead, people should experiment to find what looks good on them and what highlights their assets. Also, for heavier people, I think they do themselves a disservice by hiding their bodies under mounds of draped, loose fabrics. Something fitted looks much better. Just my 2 cents. |
| Ugliness comes in all shapes and forms. |
| The original poster is mean and catty. That being said, I have put on around 20 lbs since having DS. I'm not obese, but could definitely stand to lose a few (5'5" and 140). I tend towards a preppier look now that I am heavier, I feel that it compliments me better than tight or low cut shirts that hug my fat areas. Not giant, horrible baggy t-shirts, but maybe a nice short-sleved button up instead of a tight tank top. |
