Anyone waitlisted to Arlington Tech?

| Our DC is declining the spot to stay at neighborhood school, but we toured and it seems great. Smaller class sizes a bit, and a smaller feel. The mix of programs felt manageable and a little pre collegiate to me, and the tech students clearly form a close knit group. My DC was not set on STEM but the way they bundle the practical classes with the core/stem classes was intriguing. |

No movement for DC. Curious how the waitlist has moved in the past now that the accept deadline has passed. What can we expect? |

My child officially got off the waitlist today (was in the 50s).
In talking to parents and teachers there, even if you are near the end of the wait list, there's a good chance you will get a spot if you wait long enough (into the summer) since some kids change their minds, even after accepting. And virtually all kids who apply for 10th grade transfer will get in. |
