It signed a separate agreement with DOJ that DOJ would temporarily suspend investigations into UVA’s discrimination in hiring and admissions while UVA cleaned shop And brought practices in line with SCOTUS and federal criteria. No, they didn't. They didn't sign the compact. They agreed to other terms to temporarily suspend the investigations into discrimination in hiring and in admissions. That is all. A lot of these schools did not adhere to the SCOTUS decision, Students for Fair Admissions - they eliminated the race box but moved the determinations to essays and other sources. That was illegal. They also engaged in discrimination against Jews. You do want that to end, don't you? |
