My kids have gone to charters where behavioral issues are nonexistent. DCPS sounds like a different world. You all have very low standards.

Yes because charters can kick kids out and often are not equipped to deal with children who individualized educational plans.

There is nothing in this original post or follow-up post that say that the kid attends DC public schools. Children can be violent and disruptive in suburban school districts too.
