Gen Z boys were reacting to the DEI and identity politics that Democrats were espousing for the last 10 years. Think of it from their perspective. If you were a white, Asian, or Latino 18 year old straight male, it became clear you were not welcome in the Democratic Party because of things you have no control over - your race, sexuality, your parents income, your religion, and so on. Progressives identified these boys as the enemy. And GenZ boys responded accordingly and tuned out Democrats and tuned in Joe Rogan.

But that didn't mean for a moment that they liked Trump and the GOP. It's just that Democrats identified them as an enemy. They were always told to be "allies" while the focus was elsewhere. These boys have the same sensibilities as most young people when it comes to health care, the environment, a social safety net, education, and so on. It's just that Democrats went out of their way to antagonize young men. They are as appalled by Trump as everyone, but they feel unwelcome among progressives and the Democratic Party.

The bolded could only be written by someone deep in a right wing fever dream bubble and is so full of BS as to be incomprehensible.

You clearly don't know any 16-24 year white, asian, or latino boys. And black boys are going the same way. Very few of these guys like Trump or Republicans, but they feel completely ostracized and unwelcome in the Democratic Party. That's a party for old rich white and black women who have zero connection with the real world.

+1 IMO, Gen Z males who back Trump are almost incel types who want women to have to depend on them more so that they can get women more easily.

Why else would a young man want to back a party that wants to make abortion illegal and do away with any programs that help non white males? They want to go back to a time when white males could get jobs easier, find a woman to marry, and be king of the castle.

They think women's lib hurt our society, not for once realizing that men still hold most of the power in this country, and the term "deadbeat dad" came about during the women's lib movement. Oh, maybe they think that women being more liberated gave the men an excuse to be a deadbeat, and if only women were less liberated then we wouldn't have so many deadbeat dads.
