Rendition.

What is the correct word when US citizens are sent and off to another country? I can't be deported somewhere because I am not from anywhere else. If the US sends me to South Sudan, what is that called?

That can’t happen as much as think it will. A person cannot be left stateless. These illegal immigrants are not US citizens and can be repatriated by their own government if they choose to get them.

And I’m 💯 okay with sending these people to anywhere else. It sends a message that breaking into our country will result in FAFO. Spin the wheel and end up in Rwanda, Panama, CECOT, Liberia or Sudan!

Yep, this is what people get for sabotaging the wall and other reasonable migrant controls.

Those are .is demeanors at most and the punishment is not a foreign prison. Just stop trying to defend this. It is beyond indefensible.

I think the asylum fraud was indefensible but people defended it. Now no immigrant can claim asylum here because this fate is worse than whatever BS story they have. In fact they should flee here and claim asylum elsewhere because of persecution right?

Clearly, you've never worked with people claiming asylum. Do some volunteering with these people, and get back to me.

Oh, and be prepared to hear some of the most horrific stories you can imagine, with photos and witnesses.

I'll wait.

There's zero consequences for him violating court rulings of all levels, so he doesn't care.

There is literally NO way to stop him without the help of a handful of Republicans and they're all too chickenshit.
Anonymous
Yes, this is 100% on the GOP Congress.

They completely support this criminal, so he can do whatever he wants, as can his toadies.

They all belong in jail.

Oh I'm sure they have great stories, entire orgs exist to help them write them. Where do you think all the unemployed English majors ended up?

How many of them can actually show persecution by their national government though? Like by name.

This
NO deportation means removing people from the country they are in.

Please tell me you've never worked with stateless people...oh, you did.

Yes, this shit happens even if you've never heard of it. I've known people forced into exile and have the second host country withdraw their permission to reside and cancel their travel documents - they are effectively stateless.

US citizens? Please tell me more about these stateless US citizens that were forced into exile.

If they aren’t US citizens and the US government didn’t force their exile, I have no effs to give.

They were given notice, in line with previous policy on expedited removals that has been upheld by Supreme Court.

Unless those horror stories are squarely about persecution from their government based on religion, race, political beliefs, they aren’t eligible for asylum.

People fleeing generalized violence, poverty, or natural disasters typically do not qualify for asylum no matter how graphic their stories are.

It’s beyond time to start dragging them into court for criminal contempt.

What’s the statute of limitations?

Check and Balances no longer exist and in reality never did. All dependent on ethical, moral and law abiding citizens. And I am not only talking about Trump and the GOP Congress.

No point in crying for impeachment if you don’t have Congress to support it. Fingers crossed for mid terms

They are being deported to other countries because their home country won't take them back.

Now why would their home country not take them back?

Now why would their home country not take them back?

Which countries aren’t accepting deportation flights?
