What is the correct word when US citizens are sent and off to another country? I can't be deported somewhere because I am not from anywhere else. If the US sends me to South Sudan, what is that called?

That can’t happen as much as think it will. A person cannot be left stateless. These illegal immigrants are not US citizens and can be repatriated by their own government if they choose to get them.

And I’m 💯 okay with sending these people to anywhere else. It sends a message that breaking into our country will result in FAFO. Spin the wheel and end up in Rwanda, Panama, CECOT, Liberia or Sudan!

Yep, this is what people get for sabotaging the wall and other reasonable migrant controls.

Those are .is demeanors at most and the punishment is not a foreign prison. Just stop trying to defend this. It is beyond indefensible.

Please tell me you've never worked with stateless people...oh, you did.

Yes, this shit happens even if you've never heard of it. I've known people forced into exile and have the second host country withdraw their permission to reside and cancel their travel documents - they are effectively stateless.

I think the asylum fraud was indefensible but people defended it. Now no immigrant can claim asylum here because this fate is worse than whatever BS story they have. In fact they should flee here and claim asylum elsewhere because of persecution right?

Unless they happen to be White South Africans. The refugee/asylum program is still open to them but has been closed for everyone else.

Unlawful.

That describes Trump's administration, but no one is doing a damn thing about it.

It's not fraud to apply for asylum. The courts decide whether to grant it or not.
You lose this argument at every level: moral, ethical, human, and legal.

+1 punishment does not fit the "crime", which is not even a felony in most cases.

It is still rendition when the "foreigner" is being trafficked to a third country. It is ONLY deportation when someone is being returned to their country of origin or where they had citizenship. For example, I know a Colombian who grew up in Venezuela from being a toddler on. He doesn't have Colombian citizenship, he has Venezuelan. My country of origin as well as citizenship is the United States. My friend's country of origin is Colombia but he had Venezuelan citizenship till he became a naturalized US citizen when he renounced the former.

Plus first you have to pass a "credible fear" screening. The first 3 years of Trump's administration the percentage of passes was 25% higher than Biden's first 3. It was only in 2020 that Trump cut the approval rate in half in order to push immigration for campaign purposes.

Let me guess. You also don’t give a crap about due process, which is the only way someone can prove he/she is a citizen. It’s sad to see Magas willing to throw away the country just to get rid of undocumented immigrants….which could be done legally.
Anonymous
MAGA have moved to the "lawless" column.

They follow a leader who doesn't think a POTUS has to follow the Constitution.

They think it's fine for the government to not follow court orders.

They are no different to the illegal immigrants who also don't follow court orders to appear in court.
Anonymous
Anonymous wrote:ok, so Trump's admin violated another court order. What are the courts going to do about it? Nothing.

This is exactly the problem. The court is spending its time trying to face ways around holding the administration and specific key resources in Criminal Contempt. The judges orders are clear and if not anyone with a degree knows to ask for clarification. This is direct violation of both law and the courts. the fact that the judge is stating what has been done is illegal and violates orders and that he has say that a not remanded everyone involved be into custody and fined, is ridiculous. This is not deportation, it is human trafficking.
