Rendition.

What is the correct word when US citizens are sent and off to another country? I can't be deported somewhere because I am not from anywhere else. If the US sends me to South Sudan, what is that called?

That can’t happen as much as think it will. A person cannot be left stateless. These illegal immigrants are not US citizens and can be repatriated by their own government if they choose to get them.

And I’m 💯 okay with sending these people to anywhere else. It sends a message that breaking into our country will result in FAFO. Spin the wheel and end up in Rwanda, Panama, CECOT, Liberia or Sudan!

Everyone says that until the FAFO is them. Which is why this is concerning because actual US Citizen are being impacted. When I.C.E or whomever dress in fatigues and bullet proof vest comes busting in your house or snatches you up off the street leaving you family to wonder where you are, remember how you were in support of violating law.

Yep, this is what people get for sabotaging the wall and other reasonable migrant controls.

Those are .is demeanors at most and the punishment is not a foreign prison. Just stop trying to defend this. It is beyond indefensible.

I think the asylum fraud was indefensible but people defended it. Now no immigrant can claim asylum here because this fate is worse than whatever BS story they have. In fact they should flee here and claim asylum elsewhere because of persecution right?

It's not fraud to apply for asylum. The courts decide whether to grant it or not.
You lose this argument at every level: moral, ethical, human, and legal.

If the court decides not to grant asylum, and the person returns to his home country, this suggests the asylum claim was a fraud.

Or if granted asylum they go vacation there. Just because a judge got the sads, doesn't mean they are actual refugees. There probably only a handful of legit cases a year.

This is not an AEA removal, it is an INA removal. The district court does not have jurisdiction to hear this case. It should go directly to the court of appeals.

Be accurate. We grant asylum to a lot of persecuted people every year. We are a haven for refugees because we are a generous humanitarian country, the last 3 months notwithstanding. It is who we are.

Ok so who will be held accountable?! No one. Next problem.

Violating court orders left and right, engaging in human trafficking, denying basic rights to anyone ‘accused’ of being here ‘illegally’ is all disgusting and unconstitutional. But another important factor that MAGA seems (now) to be ignoring is the $$$$$ cost of all these flights and deportations. What important programs will be cut for these $$$$ cruel theatrics?

If their country refuses them back where should they go?

What do you suggest the courts do about it?

The countries have not refused their return as far as we know

Any president who repeatedly flouts court orders, particularly Supreme Court orders, should be held in contempt and impeached. Dem/Repub/MAGA. Who cares?

Of course we have elected 535 mealy-mouthed partisans who can't hold a thought without asking permission from their respective leadership.
