UGA or UF

My son goes to UF and loves it, plus it’s a much higher ranked school. I’d go just for the Krishna lunch. I thought Athena was a dump. However so will say flying home from UG is a gigantic PITA vs Atlanta.

Stop trying to make fetch happen. The difference in ranking is insignificant. Most college town lists have Athens ahead of Gainesville. You don’t seem credible.

When the only reason repeatedly given to attend a school is “ the rankings,” best to go elsewhere given how lame the criteria going into the rankings are these days. If uga actually provides dorms for all its freshman, I’d consider that a big advantage. I wouldn’t want my 18 year in off campus housing with no real adult oversight, no matter how close to campus.

+100 UGA and it’s really not a close call. UGA has dorms and no mandatory online classes.
