That was not diversity or inclusion or equity at that time, and you know it. It's like the Bushes, Kennedys, etc. It was a white, connected world and usually male. That's why DEI was developed. |
NP. Dude. You’re exhausting. Don’t be so dense. She doesn’t mean it literally. She just means it wasn’t a meritocracy |
I for one applaud AOC and Bernie committing to undocumented migrants. Bernie used to say they depressed wages, but he got woth the program . He loves the undocumented now. |
I also like what Bernie and AOC are doing. AOC is so authentic and endearing. I do think Tim Walz could be the answer America wants after 4 years of Trump. I think he was stymied by Kamala who wasn’t up for the job. |
So not DEI. |
There was no diversity, no equity and it was a small club and you and I weren't part of it. The inclusion part was that once you were in the good ole boys network you were in, no matter how inept, mediocre or incompetent. We still see that today in corporate boards and the C class. And we definitely see that with Trump and Musk. |
DP... certainly not meritocracy. If anything DEI brought far more merit than the status quo ever had. |
Where do I find the schedule of where they are going next? |
+1 DEI was the answer to the "good ol' boys" network. You didn't need merit; you just needed to 'know' someone who could get you in. And how does one get to 'know' such people? Elite colleges is one place where such networks are created. Notice that Trump is going after DEI in elite colleges but not legacy. Hm.. 🤔 |
why not come to DC? |
Tim Walz as lead on the ticket could mobilize fly over state moderates. |
You’re not very bright, are you? |
I agree, sadly it may be the nail in the coffin 😔 |
And yet, somehow, she was the most qualified person running in 2024. |
Then She would have won. Says a lot when your candidate can’t beat Trump. It’s sad. |
