| Very easy to build strong teams from the ASA platform. This is good stuff. |
| It's always interesting watching people throw shade and ignore facts to suit their narratives. Parents chase leagues over development, we know this. ASA has produced players, they just don't have to league membership to keep them. We will see how it goes from here. They have the coach of the year who has clearly produced exactly what you'd want when it comes to development. I see someone mention them losing 2 more players. You can look at that two ways. One of them is the fact that the guy has developed 4 very high level players that have been poached by the same club and has at least 2 more that could join any team in the area still on the roster. We'll see how everything shakes out in the area with all of the changes. No need to keep throwing shots. |
Ok coach. You sold out specific kids with those details. If there isn't badge chasing happening why is Alexandria badge chasing? And good on Arlington for sweeping them in. |
Nobody was "poached." These kids left on their own and by their own decision. I'd wager nothing shady was involved. Alexandria couldn't give them what they wanted, whatever that may have been at the time. Stop with the loaded language. You sound like a fool. |
The DMV is a small world when it comes to soccer. Why would you assume only a coach has that info? All of these kids train together outside of club, are actual friends in most cases, and the parents are about as gossipy as a reality TV show. If you follow the social media pages, you know exactly who's who, where they came from, and where they end up. You've got trainers running around broadcasting and dictating player movement before it's official as well. Do we need to start on the planned departures from other clubs for the 26-27 season or is it too early? |
That'd be a wager that you'd lose and you sound so sure The naivety is cute though. Good thing none of this stuff ever serious enough to call for discovery. Those text threads and phone convos would be fun reads and listens.

| Every club produces players. Last time ASA had the GA Pathway they were awful, nobody wants to play for ASA except players at ASA. Futsal for 3 months doesn’t prepare players for success. |
Congratulations on your coach of the year award! Get off DCUM. |
This seems very true. |
Players leaving a club to join another is not illegal nor is it actionable. There would be no discovery in a court of law. However,.if you enjoy trying to sound like a big shot, then I love this journey for you. |
Don’t listent to this poster. Is the well know ASA keyboard warrior, always policing and trying to create an “improved” narrative for ASA. We all know the facts, and one of them is that the GA exit was disastrous. |

If that is the case they will suck at it again. As the my did before. Boys is the same, all losing records.
No development, not good coaching, tons of politics. If they are serious about making the club better, they need to hire qualified coaches, of course that will require for the executive director to take pay cut, which of course won’t happen. |
Yes, totally correct. |
