Yes, I'm aware that wackadoodles have freaked out and decided to hoard eggs, just like they did with toilet paper. |
You voted for the president who is currently actively suppressing a basic research update on avian influenza. I guess you love government censorship. |
I shop in different stores: Giant, Safeway. Harris Teeter, Wegmans. and Walmart and none of these stores has a limit on how many cartons of eggs customers can buy So. obviously, you are dumber than a box of rocks! |
It's coming. I'm not sure why you champion your own ignorance. “Due to ongoing issues with the supply of eggs, we are currently limiting egg purchases to one dozen per customer, per day, in all Trader Joe’s stores across the country,” Trader Joe’s spokesperson Nakia Rohde said in an email. “We hope these limits will help to ensure that as many of our customers who need eggs are able to purchase them when they visit Trader Joe’s.” https://thehill.com/homenews/5133144-trader-joes-eggs/ “Kroger put a limit on the eggs limit 2 per customer,” wrote a consumer on social media. The retailer is struggling to provide the consumers to provide enough due to the mass shortage, according to The US Sun. https://www.msn.com/en-in/money/technology/grocery-store-puts-limit-to-purchase-eggs/ar-AA1yy8Ar#:~:text=From%20scrambled%20eggs%20for%20breakfast,per%20customer%20at%20select%20stores. "Signs at one Whole Foods in Chevy Chase tell part of the story: prominently displayed, limiting customers to three dozen eggs per person." https://wtop.com/dc/2025/01/some-dc-grocery-stores-limiting-egg-purchases-amid-nationwide-shortage/ |

On a scale of Monkey pox to Covid how much should I be panicking? |
Shortages at Lidl, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and Whole Foods. |
A CDC MMWR update on avian influenza was supposed to have been published on Thursday, January 23rd. It was not. For the record, that was the first time in sixty years that the MMWR was not published as scheduled. The expected publication was briefly published today then immediately removed. I work in healthcare and have a family member who is a veterinarian. These are important updates for us and the administration is suppressing them. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/02/06/health/cdc-bird-flu-cats-people.html?fbclid=IwY2xjawITS2BleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHeG162YXm4FNyV4RAdbsszyz11E2gKiMr3NIexNTuq_Xsjw97prisXrRow_aem_oNoIdvOErMA4wS0AwV05OQ https://www.forbes.com/sites/brucelee/2025/02/07/cdc-mmwr-back-after-2-week-halt-but-without-h5n1-bird-flu-studies/ https://www.medpagetoday.com/infectiousdisease/birdflu/114116 |
And cats as per The NY Times. Cats have died. |
See post above. |
Correction, it was briefly published Wednesday. |
He’s trying to link it all to DEI. |
Fox News focused on eggs during the campaign. Then they dropped the topic. We are keeping the topic alive. After all, Fox News started it. |
