I bet a lot of it has to do with EM's daughter being on the GA team and he's trying pave a way for her base on his 'status' and 'title' vs skills.

SYC is the worst ran club in NOVA. The "MLS Next Director" who had two teams has relocated to another state. They can't seem to keep coaches or recruit new ones. They keep recycling and shifting coaches around.
