Will not divulge ECs to repel vicious people.

Then why bother even writing in here. We already know that UVA accepted males.

I am happy for males, females, football players, high SAT, low SAT - I don't care, but I would love to know if this person had 4 years of a foreign language in high school.

The question that will haunt us all...

Is there a reason why (I'm assuming) your DC didn't take four years? Just curious.

Those are such low stats for a top school? Did she apply TO? The UW is low too.

Yesterday this board had me convinced that my high stats NMSF kid had virtually zero chance of getting into UVA and now this? No wonder applying to college is so stressful. Nobody knows anything!!!

DC got in. NMSF, 1580 SAT, 4 years of language, no AP Bio-Phy-Chem, no hooks. Good ECs and leadership roles. Her friend with similar stats also got in

Son was denied. 1550 SAT, 4.2 GPA at Briar Woods.

This is completely in line with what I observed last cycle for athletes and one girl who did dance. UVA is a public school and they can hide any scores under their 25th percentile.

So many trolls are here to push for their narrative.
