Because Virginia doesn't support it's publics at all. Basically tied with UVA for cost |
| I think I read that only. 10-15% of the WM budget comes from the state. Many of the new dorms are public/private partnerships. It's the cheapest VA school for Virginians who have need. |
| GGV will be demolished after this year. Half of the new dorms will be going to freshmen. There are some older complexes still but the dorms are fine. The worst two are being demolished. After the construction phases are completed, the average age of WM housing will be less than 10 years. |
