Key point ---- Paulson did not sell any stock tax free. It was tax deffered only if he bought certain things like Treasuries. He still had to pay the original tax and could not otherwise use the money.

And no that is not the idea as Musk will not be a government employee. This is not a department of the government. More of a think tank. And it will die quickly.

Yes, he created the acronym. He is also talking about reducing government spending by 2 trillion, which is incredibly unrealistic. That would involve eliminating the entire discretionary budget. Milei has much unilateral power than the U.S. President. Milei can single handedly downgrade government agencies, which causes them to automatically lose a huge chunk of their budget. Milei can unilaterally slash retirement pensions.
