How can we combat deep misogyny?

Straight out of the gate proving OPs point. Because to people like you, you would say this about EVERY female candidate.

Sorry. I’m not going on a deep dive regarding Trump. What’s the point now? IT’S OVER. O-V-E-R.

The point is for you to do some internal reflection. If you have a belief you should be able to articulate why you believe it.

And here is why she lost. RIGHT HERE!!!! Blatant, unapologetic misogyny on display.

On the contrary, I think you are Exhibit A of why she lost. You can't even handle a little sober truth without freaking out. This behavior is repellant to most of America.

Please don't mistake your bigoted views for the "truth." Live with the fact that you think that women are inferior and accept the fact that you're a misogynist. That is the only truth. Another sad truth is that there were many of you this time around and you elected another bigot. Good for you. For now.

Because they both have a political past, and we were better off with his. Why can’t you comprehend this?

DP

Because it is beyond comprehension that we would rather have a convicted felon and divisive politician than anyone or anything else. My cat would be a better president as in do no harm, or anything else for that matter.

All I said was that men and women have different inclinations and capacities. This is the truth. Apparently this was too much for you to handle without getting bent out of shape and reading a bunch of mumbo jumbo into what was a very simple statement. You are the problem.

Clearly we are alone in thinking this. I keep wondering what happened to the middle. The left move left the right moved right and I'm caught in the valley in the middle, not liking either side.

I'm particularly sad about what will happen to the climate change agreements. Trump will be dead in 10 years, and he's demonstrated he has no care for the future.

Oh I'm sorry. Was your statement about differing capacities not supposed to imply that women are not meant to hold office? That women and men are not equality able to hold elected office? Because if that's not what you meant, please clarify and I'll happily admit that I was wrong. Also, clarify how equality is a mirage could be interpreted better.

You think people didn't elect Hillary because they weren't ready for a woman 8 years ago? Maybe, but more likely because people didn't like her, her platform, her shiftiness, etc.

I only hear statements like this about women. Men have a much lower bar. It's so sad.

The so-called "middle" went with Trump. He has become much more normal, as opposed to the Dem's more extremist policies.

Yeah, I'm sure Kalmala wasn't qualified to be president because she can't bench press 200 lbs. GMAFB

I’m Kamala is a lovely person but I had no intention of voting for her or her policies and wouldn’t have voted for Joe either. Lots of people think this way but people don’t want to hear the truth.

In this case, it was. Tells you something about the female candidate, right?

No, it doesn't. It just says that you'd rather vote for a grifter, rapist, insurrectionist, and convicted felon than a woman (and God forbid a black woman). But let me guess, you're an old white dude.

I’m not this poster but am a woman who voted for Hillary and did not vote for Kamala. But, sure, blame it on misogyny instead of looking at the candidate and the policy positions she’s taken over the years.

I really want just one of you to tell me in a way that makes sense how Kamala was less qualified than Trump, or Nikki.

Kamala has the intellect and communication skills of a fence post.
You are welcome even if you cannot comprehend.

Hmmmm not sure if you watched the same debate with Trump that I did, but she owned his ass.

So no, I cannot comprehend because it's just another "I hate Kalmala but I can't explain why."

You hate her because she is a black woman. just own it.

NP. She was rehearsed, rehearsed, rehearsed for the debate. That's not good communication skills; that's just acting. People who are really smart and good communicators can carry conversation without teleprompters and endless practice. Like JD Vance.

BAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

And she baited trump over and over and over again. He took the bait every single time. She worked him like a fiddle. And you think she is dumb. God help us all.

I absolutely think she is dumb. You are right about that. She had a couple of good lines at the debate, but this was after she shut down her campaign for a week to get ready for it.

Well by your logic, the dumb one is the one who didn't prepare and lost the debate. But I will admit that it didn't matter because you wold have elected him if he shot someone on 5th avenue.

+1

Trump was an unlikable, rude POS, didn't have a platform, and was shifty.

It was somehow OK for him, but not her.
