Fake violin player (grifter) is back

I live Kansas City. There's a traveling group that does this. A few times per year you see them at a bunch of different strip malls at once, for a few days, then they disappear.

I actually enjoy seeing these people. Their success reminds me that the most educated people in the country here get hustled out of their money with a cheap amp and fake violin.

I can't stand these people! I always debate calling child services because they have their poor children out during the school day, all day scamming people.
