Not a velodrome. It's outdoors. And not banked. The school refers to it as the bike track. Each year, the residences compete against each other in a big annual race. But what's remarkable is that these aren't student bikes. But real specialized racing bicycles that the students can use for training. I thought it was cool. It's a completely different riding experience. And kind of a neat thing to have such high level gear available for students. My DC really took to it. |
