Yep. My dad eats an apple and dinner. Kind of miserable but he is trim. |
I worry that you are too obsessed with your sisters weight and activities. You have posted this multiple times and I’m not sure you’ll be happier losing the weight, which you don’t even need to do- you are perfectly proportionate according to any chart. You probably have bigger bones than she does, or a larger frame. I hope you find what you’re looking for and some peace too. |
This is exactly where I am at at 5'3. I was hungry at first and then adjusted and realized I was way over eating. Lost 35 pounds. Now look very healthy. |
Nutrient >>> calories. 400 calories loaded with proteins, carbs, minerals >>>> 1000 empty calories from sugar. |
are you….saying that people who work white collar jobs are not normal? Are you lost? |
I read it as saying people who work semi-active jobs and are otherwise healthy/normal. |
Don’t work out if you want to feel satisfied with 1500 calories - just walk and lift weights. Intense cardio drives hunger hormones which makes it very hard to stick to a lower calorie diet. Best way to feel good at a lower calorie level is to eat lots of fiber. Beans/legumes, vegetables, fruits, whole grains nuts and seeds. |
I’m 5’7” 165lbs and eat about 2500kcal but I’m size 2-4 and pure muscle. |
Goddess! |
I recognize OP too. Put down the measuring stick!!! Your sister's exercise and weight has nothing to do with you or your worth. I think you need to examine why you are so competitive with her, probably with a therapist. It is not something that should be occupying so much space in your head. |
Whoa! No wonder you need 2500. |
+1 on stopping the intense cardio- it drives hunger and you don’t need that. Weight lifting and walking will do wonders + up your protein intake. You may not lose too many if any pounds on the scale, but you will look better and your clothes will fit better! |
Let me understand- you’re recommending less exercise because it make a person hungry . Yeah that sounds healthy. Definitely not an eating disorder… |
You are a normal, healthy weight for your height. You should try to make sure you don't weight more than, say, 155, but you don't need to worry about losing, health wise. |
Odd I’m the same height/weight and I’m size 12 When I was 145 I was size 10. I believe you but it’s wild. I look like a smaller version of the rugby player or more like Sabalenka. Who do you resemble? |
