Did you forget the SNL skit making fun of Giuliani and son?

Considering it’s been literally 30 years, maybe they’re not even aware of it.

Yep. The precedent has been set by NBC.

Yeah, I saw it, too And the guy is clearly not afraid of a lawsuit. Sorry, but I especially believe the stories about his treatment of nannies. Anyone who isn't Donald is allowed to be disrespected by the kids, especially the help. Whether MAGA like it or not, there's nothing remotely loving about the Trump family.

I still recall the story about Don Jr. from his college peers who said daddy Trump hit him when he had the audacity to want to wear a Yankees jersey instead of a suit to a game. Daddy smacked him in front of other students at the dorm.

I knew there would be a reaction like this as soon as the camera hit him last night. I also have a teenage son with special needs.

Would you be comfortable putting your son in that environment (knowing cameras and social media exposure)?

No, but my kid’s issues are more severe and more obvious. And my own mom was a politician so I know the drill.

How does this relate to Gus Walz? Are you implying his father should have smacked him?

I respect that. My instinct would be to protect my child.

DP. It's the biggest night of his father's life. You think people with special needs should be excluded because of a$$holes on the internet? This is victim blaming. Shame on you, and shame on them.

No one is a victim here.

THIS is the best you could come up with? THIS is you thinking that literally emulating what Andrew did (which was hilarious and not in any way *attacking* the child) is tantamount to calling Chelsea Clinton the WH DOG?

Seriously, why can't you people ever come with actual examples that reflect what the right does? And why do you think this ridiculous example you gave is tantamount to attacking a 12yo girl's looks? Calling her a f**king dog.

Andrew was a rambunctious child who took the spotlight away from his dad. No one in their right mind saw the SNL skit and thought it was an attack on Andrew. Be serious. They once had one of thecast dress up as little Chelsea during her awkward phase, incl the braces.... I'm sure if they did that to a Republican kid, you'd think that was an attack, too.

NP. I have a son with high functioning autism. You'd have to set him on fire to keep out of the front row if his Dad was made a Vice Presidential candidate. He would be right there, cheering him on. He might yell something a little off, but sentimental, and honest.

Some might also say Gus was a rambunctious child who took the spotlight away from his dad.

Just sayin’.

Y'all are bullying a 17 year old kid online. Gus is a victim.

The most notable thing here is this kind of thing is ALWAYS their first impulse. They are broken, horrible people.

Are you trying to be funny or just being a typical MAGA?
Inquiring minds want to know.

A 17 year old boy was happy and shouted he loved his Dad? Quelle horreur! I am clutching my pearls.
