The Democrats got exactly what they asked for.....NYC is a sanctuary city after all. They did it to virtue signal without realizing this would be the reality when the floodgates were opened. It was all good and fine when it was mostly affecting only the border states. Maybe once they are completely overwhelmed with migrants they will learn their lesson.

What’s the plan when they get another 100k migrants coming in the next few years.

The problem is the limits on asylum applicants working. If they could work on the books, they could get jobs and support themselves. There are still plenty of jobs they could fill.

The Trump administration implemented policies to staunch the flow of illegal migrants across the border, and the Biden administration undid those policies as soon as it possibly could.
