This question has been answered multiple times above. ALSO in my experience they often don’t call back when you leave a message. And if they call back and you miss it, they don’t leave a message responding to your question. They just hang up and you have to start all over again. Maybe that is for HIPAA reasons but it is one more reason why the new system is horrible.

The new phone system is terrible they don't text you anymore you call and they're supposed to call back in one hour 4 hours later no call then they still dont have ot ready. Its too much hassle going there anymore. I wish they would all close they deserve it!
