CVS new phone system!!!

CVS is the worst! Now with the new phone systems they installed a few days ago they wont take your call at all. You have to leave them a message to call you back! There is no customer service these days it's so frustrating A. Being chronically sick and B. having to be at their mercy when you need help its just too much now.

I know it doesn’t work for all meds and all insurances, but see if an independent pharmacy can serve your needs. I’ve really liked the Brookville and Knowles Apothecary stores.

Sorry op. I stopped using them years ago when they messed up my meds. I was pregnant and my thyroid medication dose was being closely monitored and changed monthly. They did an unrequested auto-refill on my old dose and when I went in to pick up my new meds they gave me the old ones instead.

Thankfully I noticed the pill color was wrong and got it resolved, but I was so pissed off to realize that they had given me the wrong dose. They are the worst.

I've been given someone else's medication twice now at CVS.

OP, do you also demand to speak to manager there in person and hold up the line for rain checks? What kind of problems do you have that you think CVS can solve?

TLDR; What's wrong with you?

I see the CVS pharm tech is posting during the one hour they take off for lunch. Eff off.

Not OP, but the problem I have that cvs can solve is filling my prescription.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back from cvs within a reasonable time and they were able to answer my question. I didn't like the new system at first, but it worked better than sitting on hold.

This is what no reading comprehension looks like or maybe just sheer stupidity. "Being chronically sick and B. having to be at their mercy when you need help its just too much now." didn't clue this nasty poster in that they're talking about the pharmacy not the store.

God they must be so embarrassed that they're that stupid AND that angry that they flew off the handle of a sick stranger on the internet. What a miserable cow.

I transferred my prescription to Walmart from CVS because I was so sick of their bad customer service once I finally got through to someone along with their incompetence and rude behavior in person. I have never been a Walmart shopper, but the customer service at their pharmacy is excellent. The phone makes you jump through hoops but you do get through.

They have given me 15 pills instead of 30 a couple of times.
