Unfortunately, I find CVS is either good or horrible. Nothing in between. Our CVS is great and the pharmacist is awesome. If she leaves, I may consider switching stores.

Totally agree- the new phone system does not allow contact with a human being. I only call if the online or automated system is incorrect (says I can't refill something after visiting my doctor who wrote refills!) but I can't talk to anyone to fix it unless I actually drive to the freakin pharmacy. HATE THIS SYSTEM.

Same here. The CVS I use is fantastic and the pharmacist is great. I have a kid with a chronic illness so I'm there many times a month. Another CVS a few blocks away sucks. It's really hit or miss.

The Walmarts near me are the complete opposite. You couldn't pay me to use them.

It is awful to deal with leaving a message. PPS who are being jerks, they should have someone to answer the phone. It is a business. If you leave a message, you never know when you'll get a call back, and if you miss that call, oh well, back into the message hell.

Some of us need meds for our family members and spend a lot of time on BS.

Ditch CVS as much as you can. They only care about the stock.

CVS has LONG had potential conflicts of interest given that they serve as both PBM and a pharmacy. Go to your community pharmacy.
