Depends on the person. For me, I've been a size 2 my whole life, plus I'm prone to jowls. Putting on 20 lbs won't make my face look better -- I'll just look heavier all around. It won't make me look more youthful, just fatter.

Everything. Vegetarian/vegan diet, very little alcohol (only a very pure vodka, very little wine). Never smoked. I drink a lot of filtered water and avoid excess caffine. I drink a small espresso in the AM and then it's matcha/herbal teas in the afternoon. Cold press juices. I never eat "fast food" and when I do dine out, I stick to vegetarian options.

Yoga, barre and pilates 6x a week, plus I walk a mile or more a day. My yoga practice is generally 90 minutes long. Sauna 1-2x a week.

I've been using various retinol products since I was 16, along with sun screen, and my skin looks great. My skin care is not complicated, but I use only the best--La Prarie. I get about 10 hours of sleep every night too. I also retired at 21, so that helps.

Forgot to add I have 3 children and I never gained more than 10 lbs with each pregnancy, which I lost within a week after their births. I weigh 115lbs, though the pregnancies have widened my hips a little.

57 years old. Collagen in my diet, vitamin C on my face and neck in the morning, retinol at night. Moisturize your hands and feet daily. Also, the more I sleep the worse my dark undereye circles. 7 hours seems the sweet spot.

Being social has nothing to do with skincare.

Dp. No, but it brings happiness, which makes pp look good. Mean, unhappy people don't look that good when they're older. Being nice, in shape and happy goes a long way in making older people look good. Also, no booze.

Don’t use the word “booze” if you want to be perceived as young.

Be Asian and stay out of the sun. That is it. It’s generic.

I have 3 kids and have had so much loss of sleep it’s not even funny. I drank a ton in my 20s, traveled and partied hard. Lived life to its fullest!

But I still look young. Because I am Asian, thin and stayed out of the sun.

Stopping working at 21 is not retirement.

No one here is going to fool anyone into thinking they’re a Zoomer; may as well use the words you want.

Pretty sure that was satire.

One thing that no one here mentioned is also taking care of your neck and chest. I don’t do Botox or fillers but I use highest strength of tretinoin every night, plus red light therapy mask and I do a light at home chemical peel weekly. And daily sunscreen of course. All of the above I also do on my neck and chest.

I haven’t prioritized anti aging. I’m 47, and looked good until a my early 40s. Have had some tough years, lost both parents, other traumas too. But I have a beautiful family, with two daughters who are real head turners. I let my hair coloring lapse (I color my naturally black hair at home, but need to stay on top of it). The white roots are witchy. I also need to find a hair cut that suits my now wild and curly hair. A bob is not good. I have had success with pixies and may revisit. I need to cut down on sugar, carbs and exercise more to lose 10-15 lbs. I do minimal makeup, as I prefer a natural look, but could do something about age soots, which are mainly long term hyperpigmentation from acne scars.

I’ve had the same skincare regimen I was 12: wash face with Dove soap, apply Ponds cream at night and in a.m. Garnier or Neutrogena moisturizer w/ SPF (obviously those are new products)

I had severe eczema as a child (all over my face) and so had to sleep with heavy moisturizer on my face - sometimes I’d sleep with a Vaseline face mask of sorts. Sometimes still do this.

I also try to keep my weight steady - learned that fast gain/loss causes stretch marks/sagging skin.

Extremely light drinker. Maybe a sip of champagne on a special occasion or I’ll share a mixed drink with DH.

Near daily exerciser - walking and hiking and yoga. Mostly vegetarian. Haven’t had beef in decades and lifelong fish and shellfish allergy. Choosy to picky eater - tend to eat low sugar. Never drink colas or sodas.

My mom always used Ponds and I just picked up a bottle. So inexpensive and so good. I like to put it on my neck too.

I do Botox to lift my forehead and around my jaw, my pruny mouth (never smoked) is my downfall. I must have had resting b face too much.

lol, I have lines around my mouth. I don’t want to get fillers, but I didn’t know that Botox helped this area.
