Be nice - poor guy has a pretty serious condition right now. He’s quite good in the roles he was given. My personal fave is The Whole Nine Yards with Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet and Michael Clarke Duncan. Honorable mention for his guest role on Friends.

Willis was also good in "The Sixth Sense."

The factor surely is people's pure nostalgia for her role as Hermione. That's about all she's done that's made a ripple. I honestly don't know what she does for a living, because if she's acting you don't hear about it. I'm not dissing her as a person but she just seems not to work, or if she's working, it's not on anyone's radar. (Now a Watson stan will come along to cite her many post-Potter roles, I guess?, but, come on, how is she relevant to acting now?) Polar opposite: Daniel Radcliffe, who seems to work constantly and moves between theater, TV and films, in roles extremely different from each other. I would call her a minor celebrity; I would call him a working actor.

Did you see Mary Poppins? Hardly a b. Emily Blunt and Chris H can act. The rest of the list, not so much.

I’d add the Jessicas (Alba, Simpson (although not primarily an actress)) and Natalie Portman.

OMG, finally another person who also thinks Natalie Portman can't act. I have never seen her as her character in any of her roles, just a really self-conscious woman trying to play a character she can't connect with. In all of her roles.

She comes off as a real piece of work in her interviews too, and Rose McGowan called her out for performative "feminism".

I agree that Chris Hemsworth is mildly okay - decent.

When she said that her Devil Wears Prada character took no effort to play because she was basically playing herself, I was like, "Okay I'm done with you."

She also sent Sandra Bullock some dead flowers after Bullock won an Oscar or Golden Globe, so yeah. Apparently she's not an actress, just the Devil in Prada/Chanel.

You're fine, I'm Indian and I completely agree with you girl. Her acting is really bad, I've never gotten into any of her performances. And it's known in India that she slept her way to the top, and got kicked out of Bollywood for being a homewrecker. So that's how untalented "actresses" get the big roles I guess.

Freddie prinze jr (I give him credit for seeming to have a stable marriage and family though)

Leonardo DiCaprio was a fantastic actor when he was young, but since a few years after titanic he seems the same in every role. I think his role in ‘catch me if you can’ may have been the last time I thought he disappeared into his role. I did not see the film he won an Oscar for though so maybe I’m wrong.

I also think Denzel Washington overacts and is the same in every role.
