I’m from Texas and have multiple family members who attended SMU. Never heard this one! I usually hear Snow Mound University because of the prevalence of cocaine. I’ve heard too many stories from too many friends and family members to allow my kids to attend. Yes, drugs are everywhere but they seem more acceptable at SMU than other schools.

No. Its not. Tulane's regular acceptance rate is 11% and roughly 50% of them enroll. SMU's regular acceptance rate is 53% and less than 17% actually care to enroll there.

Come on now- Tulane’s manipulation of admission rates is widely known.

No matter how you slice it. Their numbers are too far apart to be justified by rate manipulation. Its not like SMU doesn't use similar tactics.
