Here too!

DD is super interested in Davidson! Congratulations- it looks like an awesome school. The one senior I know that applied early did not get in...would you mind sharing stats?

DC has worked so hard and we are so proud.

Huge congrats!

Wow! All-around fantastic results.

Thanks, OP, for such a positive thread on a Friday.

Congrats to your kid. Never been to AZ but really liked Fordham's campus!

Duke. DC is happy that they don't need to write another essay!

As a parent of a student who is looking like a solid B+ kid (and will be applying next year), can I ask which schools these are?

Curious what your kid's intended major is? Mine would be interested in several on this list, and I'm wondering whether we should take a look at the others they haven't yet considered.

In at Sweet Briar, Washington & Jefferson, Allegheny, and Washington College so far, with merit!

Kid worked really hard these last years after a rocky covid start to high school, so very proud. My biggest worry now is that 3 out of the 4 are so similar I'm not sure how she'll choose. Wondering if we should've cast a more diverse net.

Still waiting to hear from the MD state schools and her reaches--

Miami of Ohio (honors), CoC (honors), UVM, St. Mary’s, Ithaca college. All with significant merit.

We are waiting for UMD and UVA EA, and several others RD. So thrilled that our DD has such great options, and hoping she will get off of the east coast prestige train before she decides.

This thread makes me happy! I'm so happy for all your kids who I don't even know!!!

Shout-out to the other parents of Vermont-with-merit kids! Go Catamounts! UVM has really jumped higher on my DC's list since their acceptance, but still waiting on the last tranche of responses....

That’s great! I wish any of those 4 worked for my kiddo. She might still be able to take a few classes at Sweet Briar if she chooses Randolph (one of her current choices), as they are in a consortium.

I assume one of the MD schools is St Mary’s?

Hope your daughter finds her perfect match

That makes 1 kid I know who’s been accepted (I know a handful of deferrals) - congrats

Yours too ) Randolph is really close so that should be doable. And yes, St Marys is one of the ones still waiting on.

DP and same here. I would love to hear the schools that the solid B+ kid got in. When reading these threads, I feel like one has to be like an Einstein to even attend a university these days.
