On what legal basis? You do understand that Congress literally writes the laws, right? |
Comstock Laws were never repealed. No need for a new law. |
This! The law is already on the books. Nothing to pass, they just need to start enforcement to strip us of reproductive control. |
And in the U.S. in 2021 we had 32.9 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births. |
A lot of male infertility polls are going to slipped into a lot of drinks. |

The root of the problem is.....? |
Voters and reps that don't know how to stay out of people's private reproductive business. |
Do we want to know what you’re asking? Would you like to tell us? |
Interestingly, Trump himself has privately signaled support for a 16-week abortion ban recently. I wonder how that will play with his base if he pursues this option.

His base is not enough to get him elected. A large majority of voters want him to stay out of anything to do with women's reproductive healthcare. Always and forever and they intend to show up and vote about that |
Agree but I think PP’s point was a big chunk of his base doesn’t want any abortions at all so 16 weeks isn’t going to cut it with them. But they’re also the “party of family values” and yet they worship Trump so who the f*** knows. |
