Why not?

+1 define fundamental right. Because birth control meets those qualifications.

Freedom?
Birth control gives that to women. Women can work more hours, they can have careers thanks to birthcontrol. Many women take birth control to help regulate their periods.

The right to rebel against oppression?

Again check for birth control because it gives women the ability to decide when and with whom they will have children

Right to pursue happiness?
Again birth control allows women to do this.

+1 but MAGA doesn’t want women to have these rights and abilities

This is really glib. There is a whole generation of women's lives about to be ruined.

Because it’s never going to happen. This isn’t like reversing Roe. On what legal basis could they do this? And this would be ridiculously unpopular across the country.

Yeah right. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Trump doesn't give two 💩s if it's legal or not.

It is a fundamental constitutional right to not have someone else's religious beliefs ("life beings at conception") impact a woman's access to something that is otherwise approved by the FDA as safe and effective.

So are you saying if a woman is raped, she doesn’t have a fundamental right as a crime victim to immediately seek an abortion?

Banning birth control and encouraging not getting vaccines. Great! Very smart.
