2020 vs 2024 Presidential Election Polls

Trump is going to win. It will be another 4 years of constant drama and threats. It’s going to be ugly because morons in this country like a reality show host and do not care about government. The GOP has successfully maligned government for years now so the low IQ folks in this country don’t think we need one anymore.

The rather big jump in just two weeks indicates there’s something to the non-response theory.

What’s the non-response theory?

You know popular vote polls don’t matter, right? Democrats win those easily.

I want to see polls in PA, AZ, MI, WI, GA, and other competitive states. That’s where the election is won or lost.

Does any of this really matter if we're talking about Trump vs Biden polls? If either of them win, our nation is humiliated.

Yes it matters. If you can't tell the difference between these two you are not informed enough to vote.

Take abortion...Trump has no problem getting in your private reporductive business and telling you or a family member what to do. Biden stands having this be your private decision. That is not even close to the same.

Will mortgage rates come down if Trump wins?

If they go down or up you will be stuck with him forever because he does not believe in elections or have respect for the decisions of the voters in this country. That guy is an unamerican menace.

Yes, Biden is less humiliating than Trump but still humiliating.

Are you people naive enough to believe that a president can directly impact mortgage rates in the short term? Both Trump and Biden indirectly impacted mortgage rates in a negative way by their overspending with pandemic relief funds which was one of the primary causes of inflation getting out of control.

These policies are bringing them down. Why would I vote to change that?

The last I checked, neither Trump or Biden has a chair at the Federal Reserve. I'm not sure what "policies" they had to specifically help with mortgage rates.

I'm pretty sure mortgage rates won't be the reason people choose not to vote for Trump or Biden.

There will be a third party candidate who is popular w/ some - RFK Jr., No Labels, Cornell West - that will make it incredibly difficult to interpret polls next year.

Just remember that third party candidates always poll better than their actual results end up.

The polls seem to overestimate Clinton and Biden. If they are bad now, they may actually be way way worse for Joe. Also, there isn't a mismanaged pandemic killing a bunch of ppl like there was under Trump.
