NP, but does this situation really matter?

I'm debating calling the county on a neighbor on my street, about 4 house down. They put a pool in, but didn't construct a fence. And actually used the pool during Aug/Sept

They put some shrubbery on their property line but no actual fence.

Part of me wants to MYOB, but part of me does worry about the safety issue


if the fence is required i would call for that. it's a matter of life or death for a child.

In MoCo you only need a permit if it's a permanent structure. Ours, like most in the county, is on a few cinder blocks (it's an Amish shed, again, like most). No permit needed

You technically need a permit but they will not enforce code on a shed (tried that).
