Because Chris Rock asked Jada out several years ago, thinking the rumors of them getting divorced was true. Jada turned him down and Will was pissed. He was looking for a reason to show Chris up.

If they were living separate lives why would Will care if she was asked out by someone? That p’s what happens when you separate. And if Will was gay, why would he care?

Is a divorce on the horizon soon because she has got to know if they show up to any event together it will be awkward seeing as how they live separate lives. Also, is she sharing this now because of the 10 year Oscar ban for Will? Being Will Smith's wife has given this woman her whole career. Yea she does. So many women, especially Black women, suffer from alopecia for various reasons. I believe hers was related to depression.

As someone who has started losing my hair due to stress, I actually have a lot of empathy for someone who's been through it. It is a weird loss of control, and I bet being in a very image-focused industry really heightens that feeling. It sounds shallow and vain, and I guess it is, but you don't realize how shallow and vain you are until your hair starts coming out in clumps for no discernible reason and you still have to shower and get dressed and go to work and see people. It's easy to not care when you don't have this problem.

That said, many of Jada's issues are problems of her own making. But I do feel for anyone with alopecia. It sucks.

I get this isn't the point of the thread exactly, but I get you. I had the same thing - telogen effluvium. Holy cow did that SUCK. Two years later and I'm finally coming back around. Nothing like hearing your hair is coming out in clumps due to stress. Like, losing your hair is ALSO stressful, when is it going to end and how much will I have left when it finally stops??

Jada is a sick person and Will is a victim of abuse. Their kids are all enmeshed. I know a family with this same dynamic, down to the mom pursuing her kid's friend.
