Did Nutrafol make you gain weight?

Gosh I too have gained weight and think it’s from Nutrafol the past 4 weeks. I’m going to stop taking it. Did the weight come off quickly? I too exercise a lot so it’s very bizarre to gain 5 lbs.

Yes I gained weight 6 pound in one month
At first I thought it was diet but then I started to noticed 2 pound per week

I took the regular formula a few years back and didn’t notice any weight changes but this time around decided to try the 45+ age formula and it’s been a few months and all of a sudden gained started to gain 3-4-6-7 pounds. I’ve been working out a lot more and going on carb free diet for a month and hardly take in more than 800-1000 calories day but the weight isn’t coming off🤷🏻‍♀️. 5-7 lbs on my small frame is a bit burdensome so not sure what to do…

I think it’s some water weight as I stopped and a couple pounds came off over the next week but still few more to go from Nutrafol doing something bizarre . I’ll never go on it again. I think it’s the proprietary herb blend. You can replicate the vitamins with any multivitamin essential for hair growth which is vitamin B, C, iron, zinc.

I had an issue with weight gain when using nitrafol. It's terrible because you have decide between bad hair or added weight that has been tough to shed. Buyer beware, just choose carefully. For some it works great for others not 😞

Same issue! Gained 5 pounds. Stopped taking nutrafol and came off.

Has anyone had success with the vegamour hair serum? Has it made you gain weight?

I have been on Nutrafol for 9 days with no major lifestyle/diet changes and I have gained about 5-7 pounds, my stomach is extremely bloated and I am having hot flashes all of a sudden (I take HRT for this and didn't have issues until I took the Nutrafol)... weird! I am wondering what ingredients are causing which symptoms. As for the hair I have seen growth Already even my eyebrows are filling in so I would love to figure out which ingredients caused the symptoms.

I took Nutrafol for 2 months and gained 8 lbs. I discontinued use and am still gaining weight without any diet or exercise changes. I have now gained 17 lbs and am very concerned. I am seeing my Dr and also a gastroenterologist because it also caused digestive issues.

It was causing me to retain fluid leading to weight gain. I stopped taking it and the fluid has disappeared. I wondered if taking 2 rather than 4 would still help with hair growth….

I too am experiencing weight gain!!! Has anyone tried taking only 2 pills per day instead of 4? I’m just curious because I am experiencing thicker hair and would like to continue but I hate the weight gain. Advice please!
