| I've been taking it for 7 months. No weight gain but my natural curls have basically disappeared and I'm not loving how my hair looks on it. |
|
| Magnesium makes me gain weight - it could be that. |
| How does magnesium make you gain weight? |
| Can anyone speak to how this makes you gain weight? |
| I’ve been taking the vitamins for a month and have gained 10+ pounds and haven’t changed anything else in my diet or routine. So glad I found this thread! Definitely gonna stop taking them now. |
| I have only been taking Nutrafol for 2 weeks and gained 4 lbs. I’m glad I found this post. I hate I wasted my money. |
| Just curious…for those of you who gained weight, did you use the Hormone Balance version of Nutrafol or something else? |
| Omg, that sucks! Was thinking about taking it. |
|
Oh my gosh, I have been taking nutrafol postpartum for a couple months and have definitely noticed increased bloating and pimples on my forehead, which I rarely get.
Can anyone elaborate as to why this can happen? |
| I have experienced weight gain and breakouts and could not figure out what was causing it until I realized the only difference in my diet was these pills. I'm going to try another product instead. |
| I find this hard to believe. Actually, not believable. Those who are saying it's causing weight gain, what exactly is in these OTC supplements that you think is causing this to happen? What I think is actually happening is that women start to notice thinning hair when they enter perimenopause or menopause, which is the time when your hormones take a dip and cortisol levels can easily go out of whack. This is why you're gaining weight. It just so happens to coincide with when you start taking this pretty benign OTC supplement. |
ok 🤡 |
I am not one of the PPs but different bodies have different reactions. Even if it seems highly unlikely or improbable. I've had multiple times where my body has reacted weirdly to something and there's no understood/accepted reason it should have. |
