I regularly clean my plate and my dining companions and servers compliment me.

Yes. Of course. It’s common and normal.

Nice! I am the OP and my friends eat the " bird portions" you described. And, they do not eat bread, rice or pasta and avoid gluten at all costs. I do not know how they survive.

Sounds like the issue is that your friends have eating disorders.

I’m a size 00 and eat everything. When I go out with friends, I just hope that they’ll give me a bite if they order something especially delicious!

Yep. I’m 5’ 4” and about 110 lb. Never been anorexic or bulimic in my life. Most of it comes down to genetics.

Beware. Many of the great competitive eaters are tiny!

I don't have anxiety; hence I do not care to plan what I will order at a restaurant.
However, is this maybe your own inner self telling you, that your portions are huge and you need help?

Same. Have no eating disorder unless you call noting if I gain a few and eating a bit less for the next few days. It has always been a question of mine as to how to you do not notice you are 200lbs, then 300 lbs, then end up on TLC. I eat a lot too, so it makes me wonder how much obese people are actually eating.

5'6" and have been 120 for basically the last 25 years (minus pregnancy). Not anorexic. I only eat when I'm hungry, and never eat when I'm feeling full -- it actually feels physically impossible.

I would NEVER want anyone to be conscious at a restaurant! I usually order and eat most of a big entree bc I want to make the most of being out. (I'll probably feel full for a long time afterwards and end up skipping breakfast the next day?) I have noticed that when I'm with larger friends they sometimes eat less than me? Please dont!

Most of my friends are not size 0 (I'm among the thinnest of my friends and I'm size 8/10) but of those who are really thin, none of them are thin because of eating disorders. It's all genetics. They eat just as much as I do.

I eat what I want. I have 6 really really close friends and all of them are a 0/2 just by genetics. Then you have me who works my butt off at the gym to maintain a size 8. I've learned to accept it!

So it is all genetics? And all your friends are over size 8? And people that are thin are thin bcs of genetics? And you are overweight bcs of genetics? Do you need a deeper pile of sand?

I have lucky genetics and I am a size 2ish and don’t care what people eat! Why would I?
