DP. I like LMNT but only use it for a long fast day. I like the salty taste. We actually need more sodium than people think. I use liquid IV energy version when teaching for an afternoon pick me up. |

Put on 10lbs with peri-menopause at 50. Have now cut our breakfast to try to get rid of it. I’ve been doing this for 3 months and still haven’t lost a single pound. I am still a normal BMI but so frustrating. |
I eat ALL the meals. Breakfast is plain yogurt and berries, a banana if I have them, lots of black coffee. (Oatmeal in cooler weather). I try to wait until 9 am to make it to lunchtime. My stomach is growling every 3 hours no matter what I eat. Pretty average sized at 5'4 and around 115 pounds, early 50s.
I usually exercise right after work or at like 9 pm after I've had a chance to digest dinner a bit. |
