DC council wants to boot cars even if tickets were paid

A LOT of speed cameras are placed in poor areas. More than in rich areas.

To be sure, the really dangerous roads are also generally in poor areas. But I'm all for putting A LOT of speed cameras in rich areas, too.

If you are getting numerous camera tickets then you are violating traffic laws and driving recklessly. I doubt you get a ticket in DC for stopping .5” in front of a stop line but I wouldn’t know because I know to stop behind the line at a red light.

Yes, I agree with this. But for what it's worth, the reason there are more in poor areas now than in rich areas is because there are also more dangerous roads in poorer areas.
