However, this is more to do with dissatisfaction of folks who live in the ban lieu outside of Paris. They are pissed they don’t have good jobs, money, or whatever etc tbur they also generally don’t attempt to assimilate into traditional French culture.

All these riots will do is elect Le Pen.

It’s a question of degree of responsibility. Yes, Russia tries to amplify movements that sow discord but the movements were there before and would be there anyway. Also Russia isn’t Saudi - they’re not that rich a country and don’t have the resources to be a game changer to any of this.
