Sweating more doesn't mean you're burning more calories. Sweat doesn't contain calories.

Raises body temp, increases HR, therefore burn more because exercise now more difficult.

This has to be an April Fool's joke comment and question. There cannot be grown adults that are this stupid.

But I bet they also believe that running a mile and walking a mile burns the same amount of calories.

Is this research paper also April fool's joke?

It was paid for by Kutting Weight, a neoprene 'sauna suit' manufacturer. Try reading the entire paper first.

Another one?

You're linking to a pay wall that is $52 for the article. Posting random abstracts is stupid.

Common sense that the more you increase heat, the higher the heart rate. Does that no happen with you?

You're a day late and a dollar short. No one disputes that a workout done in higher ambient temperatures results in a higher heart rate. The debate is over whether that is assoctsed with either significant increase in caloric output or a meaningful cardiovascular benefit.

Yes, only hardcore cyclists use their bike trainer with no fan for 2.5 hour training rides. They burn so many more calories this way.

Or, you use a fan to keep your body temperature down so you can do the correct amount of training stress to get the adaptations you are after.
