Yes, everyone should read this. It's crystal clear.

No. It's not at all. You are biased.

Homegirl was chasing him down several blocks like a crazy woman. She's nuts.

Dp. I watched the video. He very clearly roughly pushed her into the cab. But she did look insane chasing him down the street for blocks.

The audio of him comparing himself to Barack Obama and MLK jr and saying his white girlfriend should be more like Coretta or Michelle to me was the most insane part though.

He was trying to restrain her because she was teeing off on him after reading some of his text messages and kept trying to grab his phone. He did what most victims of abuse are told to do and tried to extricate himself from the situation while subduing her. She's a psycho.

What's wrong with a white woman composing herself like Coretta or Michelle in comportment?

This is text book victim blaming -

Big dudes whatever color should not be attempting to strangle their romantic partners who catch them cheating …

Also, it sounds like he is just as psycho as her ..

More than a dozen witnesses attest to him being abusive of multiple partners. This is called a pattern of abusive behavior.

You can’t dismiss every witness and previous abused partner as psycho with any credibility … playing the race card is cynical.

The text messages speak for themselves …

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg tells TMZ, “At the Manhattan D.A.’s Office, we are committed to centering survivors in all of our work. The evidence presented throughout this trial illustrated a cycle of psychological and emotional abuse, and escalating patterns of coercion far too common across the many intimate partner violence cases we see each and every day."

Bragg continues, "Today, a jury determined that pattern of abuse and coercion culminated with Mr. Majors assaulting and harassing his girlfriend. We thank the jury for its service and the survivor for bravely telling her story despite having to relive her trauma on the stand."

Jonathan Majors was just found guilty in his criminal trial -- after a jury decided the actor's fate following 3 days of deliberations.

The verdict came down Monday in NYC, and the actor was found guilty on one count of reckless assault in the third degree and guilty of harassment.

Good. Guilty on two, acquitted on two. Their text message exchanges were so upsetting to read.

How FAST is Disney/Marvel going to announce pivot or replacement? I get they were waiting on a verdict, but I can't imagine them moving forward with him in that role.

The mutilverse will allow for a replacement without them really commenting on it

Can an abuser be an abuser but not guilty of abuse?

I think it's obvious that JM is POS. I also think he's girlfriend seems pretty toxic as well. They had a demonstrably bad relationship, were probably horrible for each other, and had one of those volatile relationships I think we've all seen. But this instance doesn't seem like it should have resulted in a guilty verdict.

She something upsetting on his phone and yanked it from him. He tried to get it back and then ran away from her while she engaged in a multi-block chase. After all of this, she went to a nightclub with three strangers (?), got drunk and then took sleeping pills. She did a lot worse than he did, he just happened to be stronger.

If you want to say karma caught up to him, fine. But, I don't see why he should be guilty of a crime for that one incident and she hasn't been charged for her actions
