According to his lawyer, they now have video from inside the taxi and the alleged incident didn't happen. According to his lawyer, the girlfriend will recent her allegation and they expect all charges to be dropped.

Cases like this suck. Sometimes the guy is an abuser. And sometimes a women just wants to ruin the dude in a moment of anger after an argument.

There have also been way too many cases where the woman recants, probably after some pressure or realizing she's about to lose her source of income.

All it takes in an accusation and a guy can't win in scenarios like this. Nice pay day.
