My middle school (in a very LMC part of Pa) had all of this and more. Still does.

It's a novelty for Indiana because they don't fund public schools as well as blue states like PA, NY, NJ, MA, etc.

Yeah. The house linked upthread is a basic house in a basic subdivision in a basic suburb. I am sure it is fine. I grew up in a place like this. The wait to get into Outback Steakhouse when one opened in the '90's was 2 or 3 hours for the first six months it was open. This place is exactly the same.
