Perhaps, but you can look at the donor cycle. Duncan had like 10 donations AFTER the Cheh endorsement. 10. That is not exactly the reflection of a candidate who was viable down the stretch. |
Donations are not everything and it is probably the reason why this scenario is plausible. Frumin had the donors which is why he wouldn’t drop out but Duncan had the early support. |
