Prior to that, he was a Representative from 2011-13. He served in the SC General Assembly and the Charleston County Council early in his political career.

Love him. I think he's going to shake things up. This is the death knell for Nikki Haley, BTW.

Eventually someone will ask him if the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump. If Scott says yes, then he will have to explain why he deserves the Republican nomination instead of Trump. If he says no then, well…let’s be realistic, he won’t say no. He doesn’t have the guts. It’s a tough needle to thread!
