What did the Dems overreach on? |
In 2021? The giant spending bill drama. In 2022? Nothing Moving forward potentially? The things OP seems to be pushing Honestly, the Democrats need to just shut up and not get drawn into the distractions for the next two years. Let the Republicans overreach and implode |
Dems saved by the Dobbs. Do not think otherwise. |
If you had been paying attention then you would understand thZt this was anything but a nationalized election. There were a multitude of issues, including catatrophically bad candidates in statewide elections. Abortion rights was a factor, albeit in some places more than others such as Pennsylvania, but don’t sell Oz snd Mastriano short in terms of political incompetence. |
They had bad candidates because they are a stupid, corrupt party. They reject intelligence, expertise, and honesty. |
Odd that you spent all this energy talking about white people in a thread about trans issues. White people are way more liberal about trans issues than Blacks, Latinos, and Muslims. |
Playing not to lose won’t result in victory. The democratic establishment is more concerned about progressives than winning. And yet unabashedly progressive candidates performed well because they understood their base constituencies. |
This is how it works. You gaslight people and say they’re making up something that doesn’t exist and then when they provide evidence that it does you gaslight them about how it’s not a big deal. If it isn’t such a big deal Democrats should be proud of it instead of pretending people are making something out of thin air. The same goes for some school district’s CRT related indoctrination. The average parent isn’t mad they’re kids are being taught about slavery. The average parent is upset their kids are being made to feel like they’re inherently toxic or problematic because of their sex or race, which they have no control over. People were told this wasn’t happening and then when evidence was shown they were gaslit into thinking they were wrong for caring. |
Oh my goodness. Seek help. No voters were suppressed, you can stop parroting that ridiculous narrative any day now. DP |
This. All I took away from that BS is that the GOP is full of cruel bullies who revel in making women and children miserable. That’s it. That’s the platform. |
Oh, please. A quick glance at the many threads on this forum show just how much Democrats peddle in fear and anger. That is all you have - trying to scare your rubes into believing "an end to democracy!!" is at hand. It's laughable, and the fact that you're projecting that fear and anger onto Republicans is so telling. DP |
THIS. Frankly, I'm glad that there wasn't a sweep, from either party. I think there needs to be a balance. I'm a pro-choice Republican but I'm also sick to death of the absurd social issues. I would very much like a return to the center. |
+ a million The gaslighting is really something to behold. Of course tax payer dollars are going to pay for drag queen story hour, and other nonsense. Our local library hosted one, which by all accounts was a bust. You are exactly right. I wish Trump would just get swallowed up into the ground, never to be heard from again. Millions of Americans are repulsed by the far left. Take Trump out of the equation and millions would happily be voting for Republicans. |
DP. When taxpayer funds are used for drag queen story hour, then it is ceases to become "a free country." Feel free to host this nonsense on your own dime. |
DP. This has been asked and unanswered many times. Maybe you will finally answer: What is the point of drag queen story hour and what benefit do children get from it? We'll wait. |
