That picture is inappropriate even when tights are worn. I sincerely hope you do not think that behavior is okay for anyone, man or woman, to be doing to kids at story time. If you do, then we have wildly different opinions on what is appropriate for children to be exposed to.

It was a pervy upskirt photograph during a brief moment when she was shifting position and used as a “gotcha” for hate purposes. Happens to professional and upstanding women too. There is nothing indecent about that.

I'm a Gen X'er, I grew up in the '70s, and I for sure remember drag not being a big deal, even as a kid.

I mean, who among us doesn't remember Bugs Bunny doing drag?
